At Boujeé, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be approved.

Used Items

Used products are NOT eligible for return. Once a toilet brush has been used, it cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety standards.

Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective item

  • Item damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

 

Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

 

Items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases unless the item is confirmed defective.

  • If a defect is verified, Boujeé will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
We do not offer store credit.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after:

  1. The returned item is received, and

  2. The item is inspected and approved

 

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Lost Return Packages

Boujeé is not responsible for lost return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Damage or Issue Reporting (7-Day Requirement)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
