Shipping
At this time, Boujeé is shipping within the United States as we carefully build and refine the experience we promise to deliver.
During our Kickstarter campaign, we were honored to welcome support from around the world through global shipping. As we continue to grow with intention and excellence, international shipping will become available in due time.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or marked as lost, Boujeé will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

Boujeé is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Boujeé is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
