Founder / President / CEO
DeLisa Jones stands as a beacon of resilience and determination. Her life, filled with trials and triumphs, has shaped her into an exceptional and steadfast leader. As a teen, DeLisa faced formidable challenges, becoming a mother at 15 and dropping out of high school to focus on her young family. Yet, her determination saw no bounds. After a three-year hiatus, she returned to formal education, underscoring her unwavering commitment to personal growth.
Despite these initial obstacles, DeLisa's academic achievements are truly commendable. With two master’s degrees in education and in management (specializing in Human Resource Management) and two bachelor's degrees, she demonstrates the power of perseverance in realizing dreams.
DeLisa's military service further honed her discipline and dedication. Her valiant efforts are recognized by numerous accolades, including the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Good Conduct Medal, to name a few. After serving the country, DeLisa ventured into varied career paths, even taking to the highways as an 18-wheeler truck driver. But her passion for education prevailed, leading her to a pivotal role as a Teacher Leader at the Houston Independent School District. Since 2016, she has showcased her prowess in strategic mentorship and effective intervention plan implementations.
Currently steering the ship as CEO of Curious Vibezz LLC, DeLisa combines her vast experiences with invaluable life lessons. Her prowess in business management, strategic planning, coupled with her innate leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, makes her an ideal candidate to lead Curious Vibezz LLC to success.
